I'm new to this blog and don't really know what you're interested in knowing about me or what I do. More than likely there's no one looking in and I'm just talking to myself here.
Anyhow, I'm more than happy to chat about stuff. Give me a question or two and it'll be hard to shut me up.
Do you want to know, for example, why I switched genres from political thrillers to historical fiction? Is Vin Cooper ever coming back? How about Tom Wilkes?
So now its over to you, ask away. Don't leave me hanging'...

I miss Vin. I realize this isn't a question :) Maybe you will just tell us if there is another book in the life of Vin Cooper?

Ha ha... Hi Linda. Most definitely yes, there will be. I wanted to keep Cooper fresh, so I've benched him for a spell. But please do me a favour and give FIELD OF MARS a go. There's a lot of Cooper-esque attitude in there.
Having spent several years in the AFOSI, I miss Vin too :)

The things is, I'm working on this Roman trilogy. I'm two thirds of the way through book 2, with a whole other book to write. Maybe I should delay book 3 of the Field of Mars series and let Cooper out for a good airing. Maybe...

Hmm...not such a vote of confidence on my sabbatical books. But I hear you :)
I have to admit that Vin is my favorite, but on the other hand, any David Rollins book is worth reading. Keep writing!
To anyone who has been to my website recently - davidrollins.net - it has ben hacked pretty comprehensively and is currently down. My brother - the genius of the family - is cleaning it up and should be running again soon. Also, I apologise for not updating you, my readers, more often about what's going on with Cooper and so forth. The trouble is, the world is so hungry for day to day information that it's becoming more difficult just to write the book. Anyway, better time management is the answer, right?! Cheers, David

Hi David, just wondering what your next book will be post Field of Mars?
Wow, clearly I have been slack. I have a new book coming out in January, 2018, titled, KINGDOM COME. It's a Vin Cooper book, too, I'm happy to say. I've really enjoyed hanging out with the character these last 18 months. I really missed the guy.
