So here we have it, proof I did the Cape Town Gun Run 2015.

Before we set off the customary selfie, or Usie is that for more than one? Check out the beautiful blue sky. Was a great day to be out in the City

I managed the 5km in around 49 minutes, which was pretty good I thought. Did some running and walking, and a lot of dodging and weaving through masses of good natured folk.

Youngest daughter, Miss Wib, did 45 minutes, which she was well thrilled with.

We had a really good time and I could be persuaded to do more.
