No Success Without the GRIND

Kristen Lamb nails it again…yes, no success without the Grind. Writing a novel, for instance, is a monumental undertaking – not just in terms of the work involved, but also in terms of receiving not just positive but negative feedback, and then learning to make the most of it, of reworking, rewriting, and moving forward nevertheless – until one has a product that rings true.
