The Convenient Bride Collection Release!!
Yesterday we celebrated the release of Erica's new story
The Cactus Creek Challenge
! She also mentioned another story she had release yesterday, A Bride for Bear, in The Convenient Bride Collection.
I'm honored to say that I also have a story in The Convenient Bride Collection! It's called A Groom for Josette and it's set in 1855. The story takes place in three distinct locations along the Mississippi River: central Minnesota, on a steamboat, and in St. Louis, MO. New Orleans also plays a significant part in the story.
Next Sunday, July 5th, the authors in the collection will kick off a week-long blog tour and we'll be giving away a loaded 7" Kindle Fire to one lucky winner!
I'm excited to share more about A Groom for Josette next week, so stay tuned. I've already had a couple reviews come in and I'm thrilled with the feedback I've been receiving.
A Groom for Josette is inspired by a real advertisement the men of Little Falls, Minnesota placed in national newspapers sometime around 1855. It said there were a hundred eligible bachelors for every single lady who would come to town! Can you imagine having your pick of a hundred eligible bachelors? As you'll see, Josette's prospects aren't as wonderful as she had hoped when she goes to the rough and tumble river town...that is, until a stranger happens to walk into the ballroom accidentally...
I hope you'll join me on my personal blog next Monday to learn more and to enter the drawing! I'll also be back here next Thursday with more behind the scenes information and another chance to win!
But, for now, I want to celebrate the release of A Groom for Josette by giving away a copy to one lucky winner! Please fill out the Rafflecopter below for a chance to win. Good luck! :)
