Renegade ♥ Such a lovely story about your parents and the wish. That totally made me smile. Enjoyed picturing the couple with the roses and the significance of that. I can imagine what that would be like to have the gorgeous fragrance permeating the house as a wonderful reminder every year...

I also couldn't help but smile at the shout out to R. Dean. It's true, I agree, that he can take the simplest situations and everyday chores, and show us the depth, romance and beauty of them. The 'more'.

Thank you for reading, Renee. My parents are the cutest "old" couple I know. That little conversation is just one of many that take place here on a daily basis. I truly hope to make it 34 years and be just as gooey with my hubby as they are with each other. It helps to have them as an example.

I love Randem's way of thinking and how he can make the mundane beautiful. It's a talent and he's turned it into an art :)
