A Great Example Of Combining Faith And Work

 

I recently had the privilege of presenting “Give Up Worrying For Lent” to the members of the Catholic Business Network of Greater Philadelphia. Under the leadership of president Barry Phillips and guided by board members such as Bobby Maurone and Chris Martin, this group does an admirable job of helping members to combine faith and work.

Having worked in the corporate world for 30 years prior to becoming a full time Catholic speaker and author, I know just how important it is to live the Catholic Faith in the workplace. It’s definitely a counter cultural message, but it’s one that is vital. I speak to many Catholic business organizations and I am always inspired when I see individuals who strive to bring their faith into the workplace. After all, we are called to be Catholics 24/7, not just on Sundays!
