I spend quite a bit of time browsing the latest health headlines in the media since I often receive emails from former clients or readers who ask me my opinion on the latest diet or surgical intervention.
This morning an article popped up about a study that involved blocking the Vagus Nerve to control hunger in a number of participants and the results indicated that a percentage of those who did have this temporary procedure lost more weight than the control group. All the participants were also involved in weight management education and exercise.
