VOV: Backsliding

During the winter where I live, we tend to get snow and ice storms from December through early March. One of the scariest experiences is when I hit a patch of ice and skid. Even more scary is when I am driving up a hill, lose control of my car, and slide back down the hill. Backsliding is scary in a car, and is often scary, frustrating, and momentum-thrwarting in the spiritual journey.
