Thinner is well-rested

If you're eating a healthy diet and working out regularly, the quality of your sleep has probably already improved. (As Marilu says, everything is connected to everything!)

You also want to look at the quantity of your sleep. People who get 5 or fewer hours of sleep per night are 55 percent more likely to be obese than those who log 8 hours a night. Sleep deprivation may increase your output of hunger hormones, turn off your fullness hormones, and bring on cravings for foods like sugary...
