KCET Video: Want a Gun? There’s a Printer for That

This week, I did a segment on KCET about the future of 3D printing and the creation of AR-15 rifle parts. The technology now exists to easily print the lower receiver of the semi-automatic rifle, which is the only part restricted by Federal firearms laws on sale and distribution. I discuss the consequences of this with Madeleine Brand.
