Waiting with bated breath…..

Another week passes and another blog entry appears,  there isn’t much more to report other than that I’m crossing my fingers and hoping that by within the next few weeks I can official say I’m a published author!! Huzzah!

But until then, I continue to impatiently wait like a child on Christmas Eve.  I’m trying my best to make some distractions, but they aren’t working as well as I hoped. Book 2 is coming along slowly. Nicely – but slowly.  I’m ploughing in as much time as I can at present, which isn’t a lot.  Now that work appears to be picking up.  I’ve also been adding little chunks to the “spin-off” novel I’ve been doing which follows the early life of one of the main characters in Book 1.  So a lot more is to come, but we need to get book 1 published first!

I also had an interview with the guys over at Glipho.com – a social website for bloggers and writers alike. It’s a good place to get a following with people who share your interests, goals and dreams.  You can check out my interview here.

Unfortunately, that’s all I have to report, I’m still one step closer to being published, but there’s just one more step left to go!  I’m crossing anything that can be crossed!  Let’s hope the news comes soon.
