OK. Let me start off with a few brief facts (in hopes of staving off reams of stuff about “But when is it showing in Outer Mongolia?”):
SONY is the corporation that actually owns the film rights.
STARZ is the American production company that is _making_ the tv show and who thus has the US licensing rights to air it. Sony will license the show to other countries individually.

This will briefly be the Best Day Ever, to be quickly overtaken by the air date for the episode in which JAMMF makes his first appearance, which will then reign as Best Day Ever into all eternity.

I can't wait. I have read every book several times and am anxiously waiting for the next one in June. The series should be awesome.
Finally! August 9 should give me time to read the new book (already ordered) and brush up on book one. I was so excited whe I heard about the show that I immediately subscribed to starz...no...no overkill on prep over here!
Yay!!! I can't wait. I should have enough time to read the new book. When I heard about the tv show I told my husband that I needed to re-read all the books because I read the first 4 books in about 2 weeks (also worked a full time job and had a 3 yr old) about 15 years ago and have gotten every book after as soon as it came out. I told him about the series and he got interested so we got all of them on audible and listened to them together.
August 9 is also Book Lovers Day...how perfect!!!!!
