What can you do today? You don’t have to do it perfectly. A 10 second plank? That’s better exercise than a one hour nap. A very plain, or slightly burned, home cooked meal? It’s still healthier than take out fried anything. Two cookies instead of five? You’re moving in the right direction ! That’s all you need to do to move towards a healthier you !
