Drone, You Are Cleared To Fly
A federal judge has just ruled that commercial drones are free to operate commercially in US airspace.
This is quite an unexpected setback for the FAA which has been trying to ban and issue fines for any commercial drone flying for the last 6 years.
All of this was overturned yesterday by a federal judge of the National Transportation Safety Board, who stated that there was “there was no enforceable FAA rule” governing the use of model aircraft.
