It's that time of year. Many people look at it as a new start with new goals. Most often the strategies used for goal setting and goal achievement fall short of being effective. Goals must be attainable, but also push you to grow. They should carry with them strong meaning and a powerful reason as to why you want to achieve them. In other words, a strong "why". Have you set goals? Do you know what you want your future to look like? If you do, is there a strong "why" to fuel your actions? Check out the "GOALS" chapter in DSA. Your future-self will be happy you did.
