Raymond Rugg Some good advice. You can't ignore all criticism of your work, or you'll never grow and improve, while at the same time, you can't take every little nit-pick to heart, or you'll never write another word. In writing, as in sales, I think it's best to celebrate every win (or positive review), and learn from every loss (or valid criticism).
