The UK (and its territories, Australia and New Zealand) usually publishes very near the US date, but not invariably on the _same_ day. It might be, it might be a few days earlier, it might be later, I don’t know. Will tell you as soon as I do.

Nancy Oh, disappointment. I had a brief moment when I thought I might get to go have a beer with a great author. I guess a book is good too.

Cookie Thurman Mrs.Gabalban: As always everyone is in a high fever for your new book,so am I,but I am almost 70 years old and have learnt a little patience not much, but a little have not learned to spell or write a good sentence, I guess because I only got to the 6 grade, but I can read and I have read all of your books,It makes me less lonely, I know that a lot of people say that Jamie is a lot like (whomever)but I am telling you Jamie reminds me of my hubby that has gone to a better place. So much so that I am almost jealous of Claire LOL.He was a man of honor an integrity I was honoured to be called his wife.I know you do not care for my husband or myself or my life an this was a silly way to tell you how much your books mean to me.you more than likely will never read this ,but if you do please forgive me for going on and on,So God bless you and yours, Your most devoted fan....Cookie

Dear Cookie--

Of course I care about you, and I'm very honored that you think Jamie is like your lovely husband. I hope you'll enjoy this book as much as the others!

All the best,

Janice Murray Oh Cookie & Diana, what a wonderful statement and response. I just wish I had met my Jaime. Well I'm not dead yet, so who knows!

Leila Got every one of your books Diana all lined up along my bookshelf and I was hooked from the very first one I ever found in Smiths many years ago - "Cross Stitch" I never really understood where the title came from but boy did I love that book. After that I bought, read and was totally absorbed by them all. I waited impatiently over the years for each and every one to come out. I too am getting on in years at 77 but still wait impatiently for your next novel. Jamie is I think, the man of many a woman's dream. It's the flowing red hair and the kilt et al. What a joy your books are.Claire's knowledge of medicine and the fascinating descriptions of how she coped without the benefit of modern drugs is really fascinating too. I guess I just love time slip novels too.

Thanks, Leila!

Really glad you've been enjoying the books, and I hope you'll like the next one, too!

Heidi So heartwarming to hear how your books have left an impression in people's lives, and how much you care. I love your books, it's a world so unlike my own and yet so familiar. I find myself so immersed in your stories. Thank you so much for sharing your vision and imagination. Cannot wait for the story to continue.

Jamie is what fantasies are made of. He is truly a man of honor. I also at times almost envy Claire for his devotion of her. I am happily married and my husband is caring and honorable but I still think often of Claire and Jamie. Oh! to have a love like that.
Also as an RN, I am drawn to books about herbs and healing so am also very interested in Claire's medicine and surgical techniques.
Can't help feeling sad that we will have to wait until June 2014 for the new book to come available. Have read the entire series.
