My tiny distraction

Us authors have many distractions. There’s Facebook, Twitter, photo stock sites, hot guy pics on Facebook, kids (no matter how old they get they never understand the statements, “I’m working. Leave.”), hubby (I love mine and we are very close, and he is a distraction that I welcome), the phone (I hate mine), and so much more. Okay, so I admit that EVERYTHING is shiny and pretty when I’m writing. Especially when I’m dealing with a certain wolf-shifter that is hardheaded beyond belief. *cough* Hayden *cough*

About a week ago I got a new distraction. This is the most cutest, smallest, cutest…Yeah she’s adorable.

Meet Nyx.

Isn’t she cute! She’s turning 5 weeks and is learning how to run. I warned the other cats that she’d be chasing them soon. LOL. She still takes the bottle, but I’m starting to introduce soft foods. Her teeth are breaking through her gums, so I’ll have to teach her not to bite soon. Then it’s potty training. It’s like having a baby that ages by the week. LOL. Below are more pics to aww over.
