If you're really keen to learn to write erotic romance but just don't want to do it the traditional way (trial and error and sweating it out via progressively better manuscripts), then you might like to take a peak at the Romance University.

This site popped up in one of my Google Alerts so I had a wander through their site for a while.  They have some names I recognize attached to the organization, so that's a plus.  And they cater to erotic romance, too.
