"Why would you write a story like this knowing readers want their Happily Ever After?"

My answer is simple, I chose to write about REAL life. As much as we'd like to be swept off out feet by a wealthy muscle man, it doesn't always happen. There are people out there who live in fear everyday. They face the reality of keeping their mouth shut or they might pay the price with a fist, foot, destructive words, withholding money or worse. These very silent people NEED their story told!!

If writing Destructive Silence, can help one person take the leap of faith to leave... then it was worth the hours spent away from my family pouring my heart out into this Novel.
