PART 1: THE JOY OF INNER CLARITY

“After I discovered how powerful and exciting and interesting the inner worlds are, I really was not that interested in this world. I kind of wanted to check out. But eating from rice bowls in caves just didn’t seem that attractive to me.

“It turned out that my interest in clear space [a crucial part of Getting Things Done program] had a big tie-in to the spiritual work because the universe is always on. So when you’re doing inner work it’s not like everything shuts down. The goal is to come back to all that with a clear head. The same with my experience in martial arts. The higher levels of training in the martial arts a lot about how you get a clear head so you don’t overreact or underreact to anything. So inner clarity makes it easier to focus on whatever you need to focus on.

“What people do with that clear space is up to them. We’ve worked with rock stars and comedians and writers and CEOs and 12 year-old kids. Clear space works for and is cool for all of them.”

re: "I WISH I COULD DO IT"

“Not being able to do this is just the lack of habits. People saying ‘I know I should, I know it would be good, and I just can’t get myself to do it consistently.’ The methodology I teach is so simple. The challenge for most people is their own habit change.”

Let's Disrupt This!

Mastering disruptions consistently takes two things… 1. An inner clarity, truly knowing where you are going and what you want to achieve. 2. The discipline of creating new habits that will benefit you in a disruptive world. It’s time to finally disrupt an “I wish I could”s that remain inside you!
