As you know Shattered started out as a college project....Since it's a nice weekend I will allow you a glimpse to part of the first draft on the story. Enjoy =)
....I hated the sand the most, but it was beautiful at night with him here. The moon glistened off the waves hitting the shore. This was our special place the beach at night.

“No I wasn’t. I just love watching you. The things you do and the smile on your face that appears when you close your eyes and take in your surroundings…it’s breathtaking. I love your smile, it brightens up your whole face and it’s very contagious.”
I couldn’t help myself I put my head down and smiled. He placed his finger under my chin tilting my face up towards him. “Why do you always do that?”
“Do what?”
“Put your face down when you smile.” I tried to put my face down again but he stopped me. “Stop that, stop hiding from me.”
“I don’t do it on purpose, bad habit.”
“Well then you should break it.”
“Old habits are hard to break.”
“You’re just stubborn, but it’s cute on you.” I smiled again, not fighting it this time.
“That’s my girl.” He brought his lips towards mine and kissed me. My stomach dropped, his kisses were always so passionate he pulled my body closer to his…..
