Lessons Learned: Superstar Melba Moore on Self-Reinvention

This Sunday we have singing sensation, actress, activist and living legend Melba Moore on AM970 The Answer’s One Hundred Pennies with Michael S. Robinson.

Earlier this week I had the opportunity to speak with Melba on self-reinvention  and she had a few tips to share with us before the show.

Tip 1:        “Continually remember the past, but don’t get stuck in it.”

Tip 2:        “Your music [read "craft"] and wardrobe should be representative of the age and time your’e in.”

Tip 3:        “Don’t be afraid to keep starting over. You’re gonna be afraid, but don’t stop!”
