I haven't had a chance to read it, but I did purchase it. I'm looking forward to it. You haven't disappointed me yet in anything I've read. It was a brave decision and I'm sorry you felt this was necessary

I purchased this book yesterday and now I'm like half way. So glad I did. Would hate to have had to miss out on such wonderful writting and storytelling!
I hope she reconsiders. I am about half way through and it's a really good story. I just don't understand why people would have an issue with it. Just don't read it if it's not for you. There are quite a few books that I've started and just couldn't get into the story. Such a shame!
I agree Karen. For the life of me I can't understand why some people make a big stink about the content of a book when they don't agree with it. They were not forced to read it. It's a simple pick and choose. If you end up not liking a book you pick then oh well, move on. Simply say that wasn't for me. Never judge what others may like in a story. For goodness sakes it's fiction.
Thanks Terri. There are so many judgmental people out there. They really need to chill out. Life it too short to get worked up about a story. Move on to something else!
I don't think anyone should keep you from writing what you want to. I didn't enjoy this book as much as the other books you've written but I did like it. That only means I gave 4 stars instead of your usual 5 stars in your great books...and only because 5 is as high as it goes! Please don't let the narrow minded make you do something you don't want to do. Those who are upset shouldn't be a reason for you to pull your book. Those of us who enjoy your books will keep buying them. You give us great stories! Oh...and please do a follow up book about her sister Chris!
Omg this book was amazing!!!!!! I loved every bit of it and I'm honestly SO confused how anyone would of given negative feedback!? I'm just so glad I bought it in time. You are an amazing writer and I hate you felt like you had to do this. I know it must of been a heartbreaking decision...
Until I Break has been on my wish list, but when I saw your post to remove it from publication, I immediately went and purchased it. I am sure I will love it as I love all of your stories. You are an amazing, creative and imaginative author who has so much to offer us. Those who love your stories will continue to support you. Those who are disturbed by them have the option of not buying those books or not finishing to ones they have bought. Thank you for sharing your imagination with us. Chin up. Tomorrow is another day...another beginning.
I just read this book and thought it was wonderful! I cannot for the life me imagine what the controversy is surrounding it??? I love all your book Michelle. I hope you reconsider and leave this book up, its sooo good!!
I just finished this awesome story and cannot for the life of me find anything WRONG with it. It was beautiful. Well done Michelle!
I really am upset. Theres mo way for me to get this hook? I went to purchase it today and it was too late. ?, worse part it cant be shared. ?,. Anyone have and suggestions for me?
I read it and enjoyed it. I am glad I got the chance. I know the decision is not one that you made lightly and I respect your choice. I will remain a fan of your writing and look forward to your next book. <3
Finished this on a plane yesterday and loved it! I know some of my friends would love it too. I hope I can loan it to them!
I'm so upset I didn't get to buy it in time. Hopefully, once the dust settles she will release it again and I'm sure all that missed will be there with bells on :)
I appreciate you ladies more than I could express in a thousand years! My heart swells when I read about your love, support and understanding!! I thank you from the very bottom of my heart!!!

Boo! It's not letting me create a new message to you. It must be my work firewall. I'll message you tonight unless you can message me. I'm sure I can reply but for some reason just can't create a new one :(
This is a very sad news for me. I just saw this today and I wondering yesterday why I can't purchase Until I Break. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get my copy before it was pulled out. =( However, I understand and respect your decision. Hoping someday, people would be able to grasp and understand your artistic concept. Pulling it out would feel like letting go of your child. In so much ways, this book is your child, your baby whom you took care for so long time. It would sadden me that that I won't be able to meet your "baby" but I fully understand your reasons. Keep on writing girl. You're great in what you do. You give us joy and happiness with your works. Someday, maybe I could meet your "baby".
I tried to email you and for some reason it didn't go threw :( all my friends tell me its great and not bad they read worse and since I know I read some crazy intence books there no way it could be bad! I love all ur books ;) kep in writing;)
The book is lendable, so you can always try to find someone to lend it. It was a great story and I have absolutely NO IDEA what these people are complaining about. Yes, you need a bit of an open mind to understand these damaged people, but not accept bad behavior, it was about them getting past the bad stuff. I just don't get it.

Beyond disappointed that as a reader my choice to read a book (such a simple choice) was taken from me. There are worse subject matters written out there. Negative people are just so irritating.
ViVi wrote: "Beyond disappointed that as a reader my choice to read a book (such a simple choice) was taken from me. There are worse subject matters written out there. Negative people are just so irritating."Couldn't agree more!

You know... now I remember why I love hardcopies so much. Once bought it cant be taken away. Its yours. Ebooks... ha!!! E -taketh away! Unlendable! Boooo
Even if I don't like that you took the book off the market...I respect your decision to do so...since I have my copy I will share with friends...so it is not lost:)

Okay so basically to the ones that have read it, can you give like a LONG SUMMARY?? LOL BEGINNING TO END PREFERABLY. LOL
I read it ViVi but sorry i have a hard time putting 2 sentences together so my review would just confuse you. LOL I can say that I found nothing that i would consider offensive or out of line. I loved the story. Basically it's the jouney of 2 torchered souls helping each other, In my opinion.

All these posts with everyone who has read the book and has gushed about its amazingness... I ENVY YOU ALL! Geez ... This has really hit me hard. LOL I'm a huge fan Michelle! Are you reading my posts?! LOL

ViVi wrote: "Terri wrote: "I read it ViVi but sorry i have a hard time putting 2 sentences together so my review would just confuse you. LOL I can say that I found nothing that i would consider offensive or ou..."I'm jealous of them too. They got to read one of Michelle's amazing works.
So i'm honestly not sure why this book was pulled. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! FINALLY, an author who choose a different story line!! Thank you!! Not the same old predictable story lines that a lot of recent books have been about. You read it....predict was it going to happen...and then you are finished...blah blah blah. This book was very different. The storyline was original and sucked me in so I completely ignored my family for a day. To me, that means the book was AWESOME. Thank you M. Leighton!

If you have the amazon account and password of a friends whos got the book you should be able to swap accounts on kindle and then once youve read it go back onto your account :)
I loved the book....its about what happens in real life and not a fairytale! I loved it because of that! And I dont see anything wrong with it....but I support your judgement in taking it away because you shouldnt have to re-write/ change your book for anyone! Its yours! :):)
I had planned to purchase this book, the reviews I have seen have been great! If someone doesn't like the direction of a book then don't read it!
