            “So
were you still at Jillian’s when Tommy came?” Linda asked.

            “Yeah, he definitely wasn’t thrilled
about having to come and get her. She doesn’t seem to be very happy. It was
like all the wind disappeared from her sail when he showed up.”

            “Happy in the marriage you mean?”

            “Yeah, she seems to be pulling away
from Tommy, doing more things with Jillian, hanging out, wanting to party with
the girls,” Toni said.

            “I think she has pretty much let him
call the shots over the years and suddenly she’s not,” Linda mused. “She’s
rebelling.”
