Jump Through

“I’ve never climbed the sky,” he shouted, voice carrying above the tree line.

“I bet you’ve never jumped through time either,” came her reply.

“No. Wait, are we going to?”

“Why do you think I’ve brought you this high?”

His heart leapt before his feet could, but he knew in that moment he was ready.
