Easter Cracker Bars

At all of my book signings I work up a sample from one of the recipes in my cookbook Stir, Laugh, Repeat.  Normally I make Cracker Bars which can be found on page 73.  After telling everyone how simple they are to make using 4 ingredients and taking about 15 minutes, I tell them how easily they fit into all holidays...
