Cheveyo Series Update
Holy CRAP! It is cold. We had a week of 35 degree weather and I think I got spoiled. Within two days, the temperature dropped 20 degrees and it is bitter cold now. Brrrrrrr.
My work week is finally done. It’s a good thing too. I needed to get out of there before I got into any more trouble. My mouth ran away with me and it took a while for my brain to catch up. But I have the next five days off. Yay! Lil Miss Abby will be here tomorrow but after that my schedule is clear. My goal this week is to plow through 3 chapters. It’s a tall order, I know.
I have been trying to come up with the main plot for the third book in the Cheveyo Series for a while and I was stumped. Until today! I am soooo excited. It’ll be so cool! Or at least that’s the plan. You’ll have to let me know this summer, when #3 comes out. That reminds me… Does anyone have any suggestions for the title of book 3? I think I’m going to add a poll on my website this week, if you would like to vote for one. Leave a comment if you have your own ideas. If I wind up using a title you suggested, I will include your name on the acknowledgements page. That is all for now. Carry on!

LOL sorry Aspen didn't make that big of an impression on me....not like Keegan (Scottish men.....), Magnus (sexy liger shifter) and Ahdi (just sounds hot) LOLWould love to try and find pics online of how I see these characters
You aren't the only one that Aspen didn't do it for. Maybe he'll be more of a contender in the next book? Maybe not. I'm curious to see who you would pick for them. Would they be who I see? Probably not. I tried to leave it open to the reader to determine.

Hmmm. I would love to see them. Got any names? A few names come to mind for me... Nelson Ribeiro. Ooh and Joe Manganiello. Ummm... Oded Fehr (the younger years). And then there's Hugh Jackman too. Always enough to put a crick in your neck. LOL.
OMG Oded Fehr is PERFECT for Aadi!!!! I forgot all about him :O)....OOOOO I have no idea who Nelson Riberio is, but after googling him.......I cant decide who he'd be...maybe Magnus.....not too thrilled with Joe and Hugh Jackman just doesnt seem to fit any of the characters.....I could also see Collin Ferrel as Magnus....I can;t think of anyone who would make a good Keegan or Eryx.....
Seeee! I told you we wouldn't agree. That's why I didn't include the character names. I don't want to ruin your image of any of them. It irritated the hell out of me when I started watching True Blood. I don't know if you're a fan of Charlaine Harris but I love her Southern Vampire Series. Eric is my favorite character and Alexander Skarsgard is NOT my idea of Eric. Plus, I really wish he wouldn't smile. He looks like a total geek. Anyway, Colin Farrell is pretty good for Magnus. I'm not a huge fan of his but he fits. Nelson is a model. I'd like to attack him with a pair of tweezers but he'd probably wind up looking like Richard Grieco. LOL.
LOL....Yeah...but Oded Fehr was a dead giveaway to who he'd be...but yeah now I like Aadi even more!!!!! I think he just became my favorite! :O)I'm not a big fan of Collin Ferrel either...but to me Magnus kinda has the bad boy image with a great sense of humor...wait can a bad boy have a great sense of humor??
I have never watched True Blood (even tho I love vampires), but I have seen pics of the actor who plays Eric and sooooooooooooooo not what you imagine ANY vampire to look like...sorry he just doesnt have the sexy, sensual aura needed....
FOFLMAO. You've got that right. I don't really like blonds to begin with but come on! They could have done WAY better than him. I love your comment and question about Magnus being a bad boy. Too funny. Oded was a dead give away but no one could be better. A friend of mine did say she didn't like the idea of Oded cuz he's too pretty. Whatever. Oh and his voice! I could listen to him talk forever. I think Aadi is the only character that I think my picture fits perfectly. All my other ideas don't 'quite' make it for one reason or another, so in the end it's who you see. Oh, I do have three others that fit... Nissa, Leukosia and Ellarian. They were just some of pics I found floating around on the internet, nobody famous. Nissa was some fantasy animation, not a real person.
LOL...ok So what if Oded is "too pretty" Aadi is suppose to good looking!!..ANd yes you are right his voice is very easy on the ears...I have adored Oded Fehr since I first saw in him some TV show years ago, then in the Mummy movies and the resident evil movies...:O) He is the PERFECT fit for Aadi!!....Everyone has their own view of characters...in another book by another author she also has a sexy vampire and the pics people have shown of how they think he looks I'm just like OMG NO...way wrong!! They all picked these feminine looking guys...I'm like PLEASE first he's a vampire, and he's suppose to be drop dead sexy so that doesnt work!! LOL...Sorry I think vampires need to be manly and rugged :O)
For a dark elf if it hard to find good pics....I have many :O) thats another favorite....dark elfs...OK I think Im rambling..thinking of all these characters and what they look like LOL
LOL. No you're not rambling. I'm with you on the vampire thing though. These guys are supposed to be hundreds to thousands of years old. Some prissy pretty-boy wouldn't have cut it then and definitely doesn't cut it now. No metro-sexuals either! Dark elves... The only decent pic I found was the one I use for Nissa. The others were all too dark skinned or freakish looking.
LOL I agree prissy vampires would not live hundreds let alone thousands of years!!....I still think they would be drop dead gorgeous and all that, but in a manly way!a lot of the dark elfs pics are kinda freakish looking, but from other books I have read their skin is suppose to be very dark...I was able to find quiet a few good pics tho I have a whole album just of dark elves on my facebook ( yes I know thats just sad ), what can I say, I like otherwordly creatures!
LOL. Yes, all manly and super-gorgeous! I'm gonna have a look at your pics. Dark elves should be very dark but I don't like the black ones. They just don't look right.

A drop down will slide out and click on Ring of Truth. On that page is a button under the book pic that says read an excerpt. Click it and you will find the prologue, chapter 1 and chapter 2. One other option is to click on any of the covers for Ring of Truth. They will all take you to the same page. :0)
I FOUND IT!!...Umm wow...now Im really hooked and left hanging!!!
