WHAT CHRISTMAS MEANS TO ME
We love being surprised on Christmas day. Gathering around the tree, exchanging gifts, tearing off ribbon and bows, and tearing into the wrapping...these are just some of the fun elements of Christmas. Carving the turkey; scooping out layers of ooozzzyy, cheesy, macaroni-n-cheese; savory dressing, yummy cakes, delectable pies, and sugary cookies, these are just some of the other wonderful elements of Christmas.
Christmas is celebrating my Savior Jesus Christ and the wonderful gift of salvation that we have. Christmas is love, loving our family, friends, and this blessed life that we have been given. Christmas is sharing our blessings with others less fortunate and with those equally if not more fortunate. Christmas is caring for one another and displaying a compassionate attitude. It is singing Christmas songs and carols, watching Christmas movies, driving around town to see beautiful Christmas lights and decorations.
It's sharing fun and love with our family and friends. Baking desserts to share with family, friends, and neighbors.
