Tonight's first sorbet: blood orange-strawberry. The texture is fine, and the citrus of the blood orange meant there as no need to add lime to level out the sugar. It firmed up nicely and with a good texture, though I kick myself a little for not pulping the strawberries quite as fine as I should have.
