If you watched me on Oprah you probably also saw Chipotle founder Steve Ellis talking about where Chipotle gets their food from and the importance of the ingredients they use.  Everything at Chipotle with the exception of the corn is fresh and produce is often bought from family farmer's markets when it's available.
