my life in words
"My Trust, Hope, and Faith is NOT in a president, or ANY man or woman that walks on this earth. I know where my help comes from. It's from the one who created the earth, not from anyone that lives on the earth.
I am sick and ashamed of the way so many people, "Americans," chose to conduct themselves during this election. The negativity has been rampant, disgusting, and sinful. WE CAN'T HAVE UNITY AS LONG AS YOU'RE OBSESSED WITH CAUSING DIVISION. I refuse to put negative in me because then negative is all that will come out.
I haven't said a single thing on the subject of politics until today. I voted, it's been decided, and there's nothing anyone can do to change the outcome today. So.....I am choosing to continue to live the same wonderfully Blessed life I've been living, not just for the next 4 years, but for eternity.
The enemy can only "have" power over us if we "give" him the power. Personally, I'm too stubborn to give him any power over me.
Look to your left and to your right. Those are the people you will have the opportunity to influence today, tomorrow, next week, next month, next year, and for as long as you live. What kind of an influence are you going to be them? We are the same people we were before the election. We have all lived the last 4 years and have not perished, even though we all have noticed a significant difference in our economy. We will continue to live and flourish this next 4 years, if we choose to do so. I am going to choose to do so. No ONE man or woman on this earth holds our lives in the palm of their hands, only God does. We are ONE nation, under GOD. He is the ONLY supreme King and Ruler over our lives. He IS where our "HELP" comes from. So, Walk in Peace, Celebrate with Joy, Share your Love, and Show everyone Kindness. We ALL live in this country together. Don't you think it's time we actually PULL TOGETHER?
