2. Reminder we are closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday. July 2-4.

3 Who would be interested in a Martial Arts Madness Seminar Day toward the end of July. We have one expert in knife fighting, two mma champions, one national champion wrestler, MCMAP Instructors and more. Seminars would be about two hours each. Cost for all of them would be $120 basic student’s $130 non members and $100 Master Club students.

4.. totally unrelated to martial arts I just go a sleep number bed and yes the ads are real. I sleep better and have less back pain. If you are interested in info on the bed I have discount cards from the store.

5. Zumba classes will start in July reply if you are interested

6. Tap nap or snap show at Hooligans on July 15th and Sensei Brandon will be in concert with his band Ironclad.

7. Karate camp is going on all summer. It’s a small group. Next week is Tues –Friday $80 for the week and $70 for masters club students.
