Keeping the Vows
“You didn’t really believe in that ‘til death do us part mumbo-jumbo, did you?” he said. “Now let me sleep.”
While he snored, she closed the windows. She turned on the gas.
Back in bed, she kissed her sleeping husband.
“I believe not even death can separate us.” she whispered. “Sleep well.”
