I’ve been to see the editor and I’ve returned home, safe

I was going to write ‘wolf’ in that title –always being one for imagery and allusions–but that wouldn’t be fair. After all, I had a very pleasant few hours with Euan Mitchell sitting in a cafe called the Artful Dodger. Euan Mitchell, with his editor’s cap on, carefully walked me through his four-page structural assessment of MonuMental, plus his hand-written analyses after every chapter.
