Tennessee governor calls Memphis Safe Task Force's efforts "encouraging"
A federal task force operation is underway in Memphis, Tennessee, to address violent crime. Gov. Bill Lee announced that in its first two weeks, the task force arrested 850 violent criminals and known gang members. CBS News correspondent Nicole Valdes has more.
