I have a serious problem with this, guys.
I'm perfectly happy sitting at my desk (or *ahem* on my bed) at my little computer writing my novel, browsing Elance, editing a YouTube video, commenting on blogs. I love all of that. And then for pure fun times it doesn't get much better, i.e. there is this thing called Netflix.
So I'm making a serious goal to do better at this. Generally I am pretty good at going to the gym four or five times a week, but I'm not quite convinced that makes up for sitting at my computer all the other times. Being in a play helps too, because then I'm dancing my little tooshie off every night. Such a blast. But...
What do you do to get your body moving? Maybe short walks every couple hours? Jumping on the tramp? I mean, I have a hard enough time just getting out of the house. So...how do you get yourself out of the house? And where do you go?
Really I just need to get myself one of these:
