“In Defence of the Concept of Genocide”: my Amsterdam lecture

This month is the 80th anniversary of Raphael Lemkin’s introduction fo the concept of genocide in Axis Rule in Occupied Europe. On 17 October, I gave the annual Holocaust and Genocide Studies Lecture for NIOD in Amsterdam.
