Why, All of a Sudden, Do We Have to Ban Cell Phones from Classrooms?

Whether dumb or smart, kids have had cell phones for almost 25 years. But since about a year ago, the USA and its NATO allies have started calling for classroom cellphone bans. News from England notes that school staff will even have the right to “search children for phones”.
