Running exercise

Michael Gonzalez-Wallace shows a Running exercise: skipping-Biomechanics of running

Skipping Running is one of the best locomotion exercises for runners. Does exercise improve locomotion? Check out the latest study: Exercise increases blood flow to locomotor, vestibular, cardiorespiratory and visual regions of the brain

However the benefits if you are not a runner are phenomenal! This exercise will improve your coordination, balance, strength, muscle power and great cardiovascular activity

First before starting this exercise try this exercise slow first to get the feeling of coordination between different parts of your body then try to speed it up.

From a standing position raise simultaneously your left arm and right leg bent till is parallel to the floor raising the right heel slightly off the floor then change sides. Then try to do this movement as fast as possible without losing the coordination. This is one repetition Beginners do three times  and more advanced 5 times
