Don’t make a movie based on one of my stories…

I occasionally review movies in this blog (obviously fewer during the pandemic). I’ve often said that the best ones are based on books (the best of them all is undoubtedly The Lord of the Rings trilogy). But there are inherent limitations found in that transfer of media from the written word to audiovisual film.
