Great news! I was so waiting for this study to come out! We have been hearing constantly about the benefits of exercise and meditation but never together! In my book Super Body, Super Brain back in 2011 I wanted to write the first exercise book which combined physical exercise and meditation together!  That is why I invited one of the best Meditation experts, Sharon Salzberg to develop a meditation routine combined with my exercises. So lets go back to this phenomenal study coming from one of the most pioneers Universities studying brain activity function, the University of Wisconsin.
