If you can’t trust the Secret Service…?

You’re probably like me. All my life I’ve considered the Secret Service to be a role model for what a federal law enforcement agency should be. What do I make out of the news from Cartagena (by the way, to ABC and other newscasters, it’s pronounced “car-tah-hay-nah” not “car-tah-hay-knee-ya”—the ubiquitous Spanish ñ is NOT present)?
