Miskatonic (2021) review

    MISKATONIC by Mark Sable is an indie comic book I stumbled upon by accident. Lovecraft has a somewhat sketchy history with adaptations of his work to comic books with Alan Moore's Providence and a few others that had issues to say the least. Dave Schaafsma Thanks for noting my review, and sharing this more positive one that says some good things I agree with, such as liking Miranda. But good for you for doing this comic, which looks consistent with your over-the-top (I mean this as descriptive, not necessarily critical) career, everything wild and ambitious. I am talking about this/you now at breakfast with my gamer fantasy/sci fi wife who likes all the kinda stuff you do (I'm, ahem, more of boring traditionalist literary fiction guy, on a continuum). I look forward to reading more of yr comics, at least.
