Rewriting Ending
Dear Readers,
It's been a strange week, indeed. Last week, I wrote of fears that HM the Queen might pass and sadly, this came to fruition. For many years HM Queen Elizabeth remained a fixture in our lives.
With her passed on from this world nothing has seemed right. I've felt the last few days as if I'm living in limbo watching and waiting. I don't know how to explain it other than it's been as if I'm living in a Twilight zone.
Everything in my life these days is a waiting game. Waiting to hear if my final MA thesis has been accepted. Waiting on hear on feedback for this next book. Waiting to hear what the next step in life will be.
This week, I've taken a step back and decided to rewrite the final chapter of Sabrina's story. I wasn't happy with how the epilogue was so short and thus it's become a full on chapter that I'm still expanding. I am currently sitting at 20 chapters, but there is one more scene I'd like to include. It may be 21-22. My beta readers have spoken that they'd like a bit more story.
I'm listening and taking the time to see what the characters are going to tell me. Until next week.
