Rearranging my hot sauce collection, left to right, in order of spiciness. The @naaginsauce is Smoky Bhoot, my newest @crazybsauce is Trinidad Scorpion and Clementine, then @pikapikahotsauces Hot Carolina then @elyucateco_hotsauce in Habanero Chile, followed by of course, your regular Tabasco, Peri Peri and Sriracha. I know Tajin isn't a sauce but I use it as a condiment so it's in this photo. Well on my way to becoming a full on spice nerd. #hotsauce #spicyisnicy #itsnotamealunlessyournoseissweating
