This day means more to me than most holidays. Adoption gave me the gift of motherhood. I am so grateful to my children’s birth parents for making a courageous choice and so honored to have the privilege of raising these beautiful girls. Happy Mother’s Day to all who have not only raised children but for mothers who also made that courageous, difficult, heartbreaking choice to allow someone else to raise your child.
