Dear Readers,
Another week has passed. The weather is warming and summer is just around the corner. I'm not sure about you, but this week, my allergies have been terrible. Is this the case where you are?
This week, I've begun my final class of my Masters program! I am so excited to be near the finish line, however, the class I am in now is going to be requiring a lot more reading time than I had budgeted for.
I am going to be focusing on getting ready to write my Masters dissertation over the next few months and unfortunately, again, this means my writing must take a back seat to all of my school work.
I am still writing with any spare bit of time I can fit into my schedule. These days it means on my commute home I have a pen and paper out and am constantly brain storming.
This week, I have been able to write another chapter of Sabrina's story. I am hoping to have the first third of the book written by next week. There is a lot that must happen in the opening chapters of this manuscript and sometimes it takes so long to flush out dialogue I am happy with.
As I grow into becoming a stronger writer, I've noticed that I am also becoming a stickler for visual imagery. I want to really be able to set the scene and take you on new adventures.
I hope you all have a good week.
