Verstappen wins the sprint race and starts at Imola

Dutchman Max Verstappen (Red Bull) won the qualifying sprint on Saturday and will start the Emilia-Romagna Formula 1 Grand Prix on Sunday at the Enzo and Dino Ferrari Circuit in Imola, Italy.

From extreme to extreme of the sprint race, Max Verstappen lost and then regained first place in the grid. Thus, the reigning world champion confirms his first place in qualifying and starts on Sunday as a leader at the Grand Prix of Emilia-Romagna, ahead of the Monegasque. Charles Leclerc (Ferrari).
