Friday Five
1. First off, have to have blood work done first thing this morning to check my TSH panel--my thyroid. Oh, joys. I'm a hard draw. Heck, I'm so hard even the veteran blood drawers? They hide or go out for a break when I show up. Need to drink tons of water and pray it's only one time they try to draw blood.
2. Finished reading BURIED by Linda Joy Singleton. Loved it!

3. I know. I know. I have lots of books to read but have you ever get in a funk and want something else? I got in this mood and went on Amazon and found this one book that sounded really good. I downloaded the free sample and really loved it enough to buy the ebook.
It kind of reminds me of ROSWELL the TV show. There's aliens in this one too. The voice is fab and the tension is right on the mark. I wanted more!
There's also the novella which tells the POV of the guy:
Also another book from this new publisher:
4. And yes, HUNGER GAMES fever is in the air. I purchased the soundtrack:
Loving it! This CD has a bluesy, folk feel to it. Love all of the songs. Husband said it kind of has a Scottish/Irish feel that is total Appalachian. It totally reflects the mood of the movie!
5. And if that isn't enough I hope to purchase this book:
I'm waiting till next weekend to see the movie though.
**Oh, EARRINGS OF IXTUMEA is available at Coffee Time Romance for 20%:
